2. What We Offer
2.1 Included with Your License
- HostsNix hosting control panel software license
- License key for software activation
- Installation documentation and setup guides
- Software updates during your active license
- Access to our community forums and knowledge base
2.2 What’s Outside Our Scope
Since HostsNix is a software product (not a hosting provider), the following remain in your hands:
- Server hosting, infrastructure, and hardware
- Server maintenance and system administration
- Data backups and disaster recovery
- Security monitoring and server hardening
3. License Plans
- Starter: 1 server installation
- Professional: Up to 5 server installations
- Enterprise: Up to 10 server installations
4. Payment & Billing
- License fees are due at the time of purchase
- Licenses renew automatically unless cancelled 24 hours before renewal
- You can manage auto-renewal from your dashboard at any time
- We’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice before any price changes
5. Refund Policy
Every paid license purchase is covered by our 15-day money-back guarantee. If HostsNix isn’t the right fit, request a full refund within 15 calendar days of your first paid purchase by emailing billing@hostsnix.com.

6. Termination
You can cancel your license at any time — it remains active through the end of your billing period. We may need to terminate a license if these terms are violated or the software is used for illegal purposes.
